The specific scope of services, frequency, pricing, and duration for each client are outlined in a separate Service Agreement executed between Dnd Cleaning Solutions Inc. and the client. These Terms of Service govern the general relationship and website use, while specific service terms are defined in individual agreements.
3. Website Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the site. 5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for securing sensitive information and valuable items before service visits. Failure to provide safe working conditions may result in service modification or suspension.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in each Service Agreement. Invoices are due within the timeframe stated on the invoice. Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the Service Agreement. Dnd Cleaning Solutions Inc. reserves the right to suspend services for accounts that are more than 30 days past due until payment is received in full.
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation or rescheduling of scheduled service visits requires a minimum of 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50 percent of the scheduled service charge. Clients with recurring service agreements may terminate their agreement with 30 days written notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dnd Cleaning Solutions Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dnd Cleaning Solutions Inc., its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our website, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Hamilton, Ontario.
